Vendor Terms & Information

We are appreciative and excited for all the interest in vendor booths at the convention this year, however this means that we may find ourselves with more vendors than space due to our layout. Of course, we will work to fit as many vendors as possible in our space and if we do need to limit numbers, we will let you know.

Below are the details for WagonCon 7 as well as our vendor price for this year. If you are still interested in securing a booth at our event, please complete the application and we will get back to you regarding availability and payment.

When: May 3rd – 5th

Where: Civic Auditorium, The Dalles (323 E 4th St, The Dalles, OR 97058)

Vendor Booth Details and Pricing

Booth Dimensions: Roughly 8-foot x 8-foot

Price: $110 for the weekend

Includes 8’ table (or you can use your own), Power strip (please let us know if needed), Chairs, and 2 Vendor badges

General convention information

We are a smaller convention, our primary offering is RPG and Board games, with a typical attendance of 100 – 150 people of all ages. Our space is organized such that our vendors are positioned around the outside of the RPG space, this allows for a lot of engagement with attendees and past vendors have said they appreciate being a part of main gaming space.

We set all gaming sessions in a set schedule with 2 gaming sessions on Friday, 3 on Saturday, and 2 on Sunday.  This means we have set lunch and dinner times baked into our schedule.
